 Memorial Day Parade Monday, May 25 We will be meeting in the parking lot of Sebastians hair salon (next to Slater's Deli) on Rt. 36 at 8:30AM and departing at 9AM promptly. If you miss this departure time you will need to meet us at the field across from Bayshore Middle School. The Troop will not be organizing transportation, Scouts may arrange to carpool on their own.Parking is limited to the surrounding streets, so just find a spot nearby. If you are marching or staying to watch, park your car near the American Legion (the end point of the parade), not near the ball field. Bring a full water bottle to carry with you on the route. The parade is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long and ends at the American Legion post on Rt 36 where they will serve Hot Dogs and drinks (and maybe ice cream!) for those who marched in the parade. FULL CLASS A UNIFORM is required.  Statue of Liberty Permission Slips are Due Tonight This permission slip is required for all participants. This is separate from the registration form which was sent out a few months back, this registration form was used for planning purposes. |
