The first thing to do is print out the REMINDERS document, it has all the upcoming events, due dates, and information you will need for the next 3 months. Print it out now and put it on your fridge.

Camping at the Village - Ten Mile River Scouts Camps*
Friday, May 15-17*
A weekend of fun at Summer Camp before Summer Camp. New Scouts and Parents will get to see where Summer Camp will be. This is going to be a relaxing trip where the Scouts will get to enjoy the outdoors, bring your fishing poles.

Webelos Woods*
Saturday, May 16 - Quail Hill Scout Reservation
Mentor Webelos Scouts, preparing them for their Crossover into Boy Scouts

*Note Webelos Woods and the Village trip are the same weekend. If you are not going to the Village for the weekend please consider helping out the troop and Mr. Downing by teaching Webelos knots at Quail Hill for the day.

Summer Camp, Yay! There are 5 documents for this: TMR Costs, Personal Medical and Allergy Info, Emergency Contact Sheet, Lander's Release Form ( Canoe Trip Waiver) and a Second Camp Information Sheet

All of these topics and more will be covered at the Summer Camp Meeting on 5/5.

Gettysburg Patch & Medal

Having participated in walking the Gettysburg Battlefield Historic
Trail you will be receiving the newly designed trail patch set!!!
If you would like to further commemorate this event, you are eligible to purchase the newly designed (2012) Gettysburg trail medal and the Camp Conewago patch. Established in 1919, Camp Conewago is one of the 15th oldest camp scout camps in the country!

Troop Court of Honor

We will be recognizing your son’s 2014-2015 achievements at our annual Summer Court of Honor Dinner. This year the event will be at the Jacques Catering Reception Center in Middletown (Palmer Ave).
