Attached is the permission slip for Camp Ockanickon, November 9th to 11th. We will be using their High and low C.O.P.E.course (challenging outdoor personal experience). The high course is open to scouts 13 and older while the low course is open to 12 and under. The fee is $20 per scout unless you have sold $150 or more of popcorn then it's free! Don't forget travel fee $9 and patrol food money $11.
If you DID NOT attend summer camp you MUST fill out parts A and B of the attached BSA medical form, both scouts and adults., No doctor is needed. just fill out the form to the best of your knowledge. These forms are required by BSA national and assist leaders if the is a medical emergency at camp.
Ockanickon requires these forms before you are allowed to enjoy the COPE Course.
