Summary: For generations, Troop 137 has proudly continued a tradition of attending Camp Keowa at Ten Mile River Scout Camps in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Summer camp is often the highlight of the Scouting year, offering Scouts the opportunity to earn merit badges, develop outdoor skills, build confidence, and create lasting friendships while enjoying activities such as swimming, boating, shooting sports, climbing, and other exciting adventures on beautiful Crystal Lake. Beyond the fun, Camp Keowa provides youth with opportunities to practice leadership, teamwork, and independence in a safe and supportive environment. Many of our Scouts return year after year because the memories, experiences, and friendships formed at camp last a lifetime.
