Troop leadership is made up of trained adult volunteers who support a youth-led program. While Scouts lead activities and make decisions, adult leaders provide guidance, safety, and administrative support. 

Chartered Organization Representative (COR)
 Connects the troop with its sponsoring organization and ensures alignment with its mission. Our Chartering Organization is North Centerville Volunteer Fire Company.

Committee Chair
 Leads the troop committee and oversees planning, administration, and support functions.

Scoutmaster
 Guides the troop’s program and mentors youth leaders to run meetings and activities.

Assistant Scoutmasters
 Support the Scoutmaster and work directly with Scouts to help deliver the program.

Troop Committee
 The committee supports the troop behind the scenes, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include finances, advancement tracking, event coordination, and communications.
